The Programme

Discover the enriching rhythm of the Yogi’s Daily Schedule designed exclusively for our Yoga Vacationers. Immerse yourself in a harmonious blend of socializing, learning, and relaxation, ensuring an unforgettable stay while contributing to a vibrant community experience.

Each day commences and concludes with the soul-nurturing Satsang, a quintessential practice that forms the heart of a yogi’s life. Engage in silent meditation, joyous group chanting, and captivating talks on yoga. Dive into yoga asana classes, conducted twice daily at 9am and 4:00pm, tailored for both novice and intermediate students These sessions focus on the classical twelve foundational asanas, incorporating pranayama and the sun salute from Sivanada. The emphasis lies on mastering these fundamental asanas, gradually integrating variations to fortify your practice.

Savor healthy vegetarian meals served at 11am and 6:30pm, thoughtfully prepared using locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients. Engage in Karma Yoga, an invaluable opportunity at 12 pm each morning, allowing you to contribute to the community while deepening connections with like-minded practitioners. This practice forms the cornerstone of the Four Paths of Yoga, offering insights into a more profound understanding of oneself.

Prepare for an enlightening daily workshop/lecture at 2:30 pm, delving into the deeper layers of yoga practices. Explore the theory, philosophy, and psychology behind these practices, enriching your understanding and expanding the horizons of your practice.

Yoga Vacation Pricing:
The price for our Yoga Vacation program is 1.500.000 IDR per person per day. This comprehensive package includes a full schedule of yoga sessions, silent walks, meditation, and three daily meals. It is important to note that accommodation costs are not included in this price and should be paid separately.

Accommodation Options:
We offer a range of comfortable accommodations to suit your preferences. Here is an overview of our room options:

  • The Taj – Our Indian design-inspired main guest residence:
    • Deluxe En-Suite : 950,000 IDR (USD $64) per night per room
    • Dorm Rooms : 400,000 IDR (USD $27) per night per bed (two single beds
      per room) or 300,000 IDR (USD $20) per bed (four single beds per room)
      (Depending on availability) (Toilets not attached to room)
  • Little Sweet – Our rooms with beautiful jungle views:
    • Little Sweet rooms: 500,000 IDR (USD $34) per night per room
  • Gladak – Our Javanese design-inspired wooden house:
    • Gladak rooms: 800,000 IDR (USD $54) per night per room

Please note that the above prices include a 15% Government sales tax and service charge. However, meals are not included in the room rates.
